1. License & Usage Rights

ShieldPress Anti-Spam is licensed, not sold. A valid license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of sites specified at the time of purchase.

• Licenses may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
• License keys must not be disclosed publicly
• Each website installation counts as a separate activation

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ShieldPress or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass license validation
• Reverse engineering or modifying core functionality
• Using the Service for illegal or abusive purposes
• Distributing malware or harmful code

3. Support & Updates

Support and updates are provided while your license is active. Support is offered on a best-effort basis and does not include guaranteed response times or service-level agreements (SLAs).

We reserve the right to limit or suspend support in cases of abuse, excessive requests, or violations of these Terms.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable access to ShieldPress services, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Maintenance, updates, security measures, or external factors may result in temporary interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShieldPress is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or website content
• Business interruption or downtime
• Security incidents caused by third-party software

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
